Effect of plasma treatment on performance of PVC edge banding strips

The surface characteristics of PVC edge sealing strip immediately harm the tensile strength of PVC and the plate, and the adhesive force of offset printing ink and other characteristics, and then harm the quality stability of products. In the original study, the use of plasma treatment of PVC surface, improve the water absorption capacity of the surface, so as to improve the surface bearing force of PVC edge sealing strip, and the tensile strength of the plate, and the adhesive force of offset printing ink, PVC edge sealing strip after treatment is obviously better than the result of no solution, to ensure the actual application requirements.
